If you’re familiar with Western fairy tale witches, then you might want to compare them with their Japanese counterparts who do things a bit differently.
Majoh Gakuin is a witch school entrusted with the training of affluent witches who come from long lines of witch families, while Hikari Juku takes care of the training of the young witch daughters of mothers who have discovered their witch powers late in life. Both schools have witches with equal powers, yet each has completely opposite training methods for their students. This results in different solutions for similar challenges – one of which is finding a husband for a witch’s son in a magical romantic quest.
This is the first book in the Majoh Gakuin & Hikari Juku – Japanese Witch Schools trilogy
